The IMAT course takes you through the English-language entrance test for the state medical degree courses in Italy. Fifteen lessons follow the official syllabus: reading comprehension and general knowledge, logical reasoning, biology with a marked emphasis on biochemistry, chemistry, and physics and mathematics — optics expressly does not belong to it, and a calculator is not allowed on the day. Then there are the formalities: that you can sit the test in Germany or Switzerland but not in Austria, and how the ranking finally distributes candidates across the places of study. Every chapter comes with practice tests and full explanations; teaching texts and explanations can be switched between German and English at the top of the page.
